A native of Morelia, Mexico who has traveled and lived across the globe, Mr Aburto holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a master’s in computer-aided engineering from Strathclyde University in Scotland.
Yamila SolariChief Operations Officer A combined background in technology consulting, business administration and human resources makes Yamila Solari ideally suited for her role as chief operations officer for Scio. Her persistent pursuit of continuously improved operations keeps Scio’s team focused on delivering projects on task, on time and in budget for clients. Prior to joining Scio, Ms Solari worked on international projects for companies as diverse as The Quaker Oats Company, Nokia and Boeing. A native of Lima, Peru, Solari holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, Texas.
Michael DunhamVice President, Service Engineering Mike Dunham is a dynamic idea man with more than 20 years of experience helping major corporations and government agencies compete in an increasingly technical business environment. As Scio’s Vice President for Service Engineering, Mr Dunham leads strategy and planning for our service offerings as well as the processes and systems that support them. A native of Sacramento, CA, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Davis.
Guillaume GrosResearch & Development Director A passionate technology enthusiast, Guillaume Gros guides and manages Scio’s constantly evolving technical capabilities. By evaluating, mastering and then employing emerging technologies, he and his development team produce software designs that are practical, efficient and functioning at maximum potential. A veteran of software development for corporations in the European Union, Guillaume supervises Scio’s technical designs and ensures best practices in software engineering. A native of Chambery, Savoie, France, Gros earned his master’s in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
Rod AburtoService Delivery Manager Rod Aburto has held many positions at Scio. He has lead support services, been a product owner and project manager on individual projects and coordinated several projects through their lifecycle. Now, with that background, Rod manages the delivery of services for all project teams at Scio, bringing his experience working directly with clients and inside project teams to ensure smooth, successful project delivery for our customers. Before joining Scio, he led the Internet services department at La Voz de Michoacán, the largest newspaper in the state of Michoacán, Mexico, and served companies such as AT&T, Sawtre Electronics and CRECE. Mr Aburto has a degree in electronics engineering from the Morelia Institute of Technology.
